What can clients/patients expect from a typical session?

Sydney takes a client-centred approach, tailoring every session to how the client feels and finding ways to optimize their well-being. Programming is done based on clients’ goals and needs while ensuring health and fitness needs are addressed.

Each session has a dynamic, mobilizing warmup, a personalized strength and conditioning workout, and a stretching cooldown to enhance recovery.

Sydney brings her calm yet motivating demeanour to every session, ensuring clients feel at ease in the gym while working their hardest towards their goals.
