Our approach to Kinesiology/Active Rehab is designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Backed by four-year degrees and extensive experience in both injury recovery and strength and conditioning, we provide expert guidance tailored to your unique needs. Weightlifting

Sessions can be singles, doubles, or in a group setting (5-6 maximum). For more details, please do not hesitate to reach out!
